Shipping Time

Everything you order from our website are cook-to-order.  Usually, it takes about 40 to 60 minutes from the time an order is correctly placed at our website to the food deliver to your door.  Of course, heavy traffic, bad weather and unforeseen high demand may cause a little delay. If for any reason you are not total satisfied with our food, simply let us know, and we will refund your order.

How do we charge your credit card for online orders

We use Braintreepayments.com, a Paypal company to handle our online credit card processing.  When you place an order with us, Braintree will add additional temperary 30% charge to your total.  For example, if you total is $50, you will see a holding of $65 on your account.  The additional charge is held because of your tips to the driver.  At the end of the night, we will input your actual amount, then Braintree charges accordingly.
